- Store: operated by VORSOUND LLC (Wyoming, USA). By ordering you accept these terms.
- Products: VX1 PRO is hearing protection equipment for noise environments. It is not a medical device. Read the manual and all safety warnings before use.
- Orders: we may refuse/cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors); you'll be refunded in full if we cancel.
- Prices in USD, may change; the price at checkout applies. Taxes calculated at checkout where applicable.
- Shipping per our Shipping Policy; risk passes on delivery to the carrier's confirmed delivery address.
- Returns/refunds per our Refund Policy.
- Limitation of liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
- Warranty: 60-day replacement warranty, plus any statutory rights.
- Governing law: Wyoming, USA.
