Refund policy

Refund Policy · Effective: August 2026

• 60-day returns: return within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be complete (muffs, bag, cable, manual, box); normal testing use is fine.
• 60-day warranty: if anything is wrong with your VX1 PRO in the first 60 days, we replace it. Free.
• How: email contact@vorsound.com with your order number; we send the return address and instructions.
• Refund timing: within 10 business days of receiving the return, to the original payment method.
• Defective or damaged on arrival: send a photo and your order number to contact@vorsound.com — we make it right with a replacement or refund.
