VX1 PRO setup and guide

Quick start

Insert batteries: power off the headset, open the external battery door, insert two AAA batteries following the polarity marks, and close the door securely.
Power on / volume: turn the recessed volume knob. One knob controls the ambient listening level for both sides.
Fit: place the cushions fully around your ears. Adjust the headband and check the seal with your shooting glasses.

Enable Bluetooth on your phone.
Press and hold the BT button for 1 second to enter pairing mode. The blue LED flashes at 1-second intervals.
Select the headset in your phone’s list of available Bluetooth devices. Check the device name printed in the manual below.
After pairing, the blue LED flashes once every 10 seconds. If no device connects within 60 seconds, Bluetooth switches off; repeat the pairing step to try again.

Plug the included 3.5 mm aux cable into the jack for a wired audio connection.

Adjust the ambient listening level to hear surrounding sounds through the ear-cup speakers. Electronic compression limits reproduced sound; protection from external noise also depends on the ear cups, a continuous cushion seal and correct use.
Check that the cushions seal around your ears. Keep hats, hoods and hair out from between the cushions and your head. Check the fit with your shooting glasses.
Storage: keep it in the included bag. Remove the batteries for long storage.

No power / no amplification	Use fresh AAA batteries, check orientation and close the door fully.
One side quiet	One recessed volume knob controls both sides. Check both batteries and close the battery door fully. If one side remains quiet, contact support.
Bluetooth won't connect	Forget the headset in your phone’s Bluetooth settings, then repeat the pairing steps above. Connect within 60 seconds.
Crackling in wind	Wind can be picked up by the microphones. Lower the amplification.
Muffled ambient sound	Check that the microphone openings are not covered and the cushions are seated correctly.

This is hearing protection for noise environments; it is not a hearing aid or medical device.
Even with protection, limit exposure to sustained loud noise.
Read all warnings in the printed manual before use. Failure to follow warnings may result in serious personal injury, including hearing loss.
Keep away from small children (small parts: batteries).
